What do Elevia’s AI agents actually do?

Margot drafts your quotes and proposals from your templates, and follows up on the ones left unanswered. Basile researches your leads and deals: he scores them out of 100 against your ideal client and tells you what to do next.
Can the agents send messages without my approval?
Only if you decide so. Each agent has three autonomy levels: always ask, ask for sensitive actions, or autonomous. The riskiest actions always need your approval, whatever the setting, and every action is recorded in a log.
Do I need to set up the agents or write prompts?
No. Your contacts, deals, proposals and invoices are already in Elevia, so your agents work with that context from day one. You only choose their autonomy level, and you can adjust their habits, such as follow-up timings.
How do AI credits work?
A credit measures your agents’ work: 1 for a question, 2 for an analysis or an action such as a follow-up, 10 for a full proposal. Essential includes 100 credits a month and Suite 300. Need more? Add 100 credits a month for €5 ex. tax. Using Elevia yourself never uses credits, and each agent has a daily limit to avoid surprises.
