The 14-day trial runs on Suite (the whole platform), with no credit card and no commitment. An AI credit measures the work your agents do: 1 credit for a question, 2 for an analysis or an action (follow-up, invoice, CRM update), 10 for a complete drafted proposal. Included credits renew every month; 100 more credits a month cost €5 ex. tax, as does each extra AI agent. Using Elevia yourself never uses credits.

How much does Elevia cost?
Essential costs €29 ex. tax per month, or €48 with the Projects module. Suite costs €89 ex. tax per month, or €69 per month billed yearly (€828 a year). Every plan includes one user.
What is the difference between Essential and Suite?
Essential covers your whole sales journey and invoicing: CRM, inbox, quotes, proposals, e-invoicing and payments, with Levi and one AI agent of your choice. Suite adds projects, deliverables and the full client portal, the whole AI team, unlimited e-signatures and e-invoices, and no Elevia fee on payments.
How does the free trial work?
The 14-day trial runs on Suite, the whole platform, with no credit card and no commitment. At the end of the trial, you choose the plan that fits you.
Which AI agents are included?
Essential includes Levi, your copilot, plus one agent of your choice: Margot for quotes, proposals and follow-ups, or Basile for prospect research. Suite includes all three. An extra agent costs €5 ex. tax per month.
What is an AI credit, and what if I run out?
A credit measures your agents' work: 1 for a question, 2 for an analysis or an action, 10 for a full proposal. Essential includes 100 credits a month and Suite 300. Need more? Add 100 credits a month for €5 ex. tax. Using Elevia yourself never uses credits.
How much is an extra user or connected account?
Each extra user costs €15 ex. tax per month. Essential includes one connected account (email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp) and Suite two; each extra account costs €10 ex. tax per month.
Are there fees on online payments?
On Essential, Elevia takes 0.5% + €0.10 per online payment, on top of Stripe's own fee. Suite has no Elevia fee: you only pay Stripe.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Essential and the Projects module are billed monthly with no commitment, and you can switch plans from your settings. Suite can be billed monthly or yearly at a lower rate.
