How is Elevia different from Monday or Asana for project management?
Monday and Asana manage projects, and only projects. You copy details over from your sales proposal, invoice in another tool, and your client has no branded space to follow progress. In Elevia, the project starts from the signed proposal, the invoice goes out from the project, and the client follows along in their portal.
Can you create a project directly from a signed sales proposal?
Yes, that is the core of the Projects module. Once the proposal is accepted, you create the project in one click, with tasks, budget and client details already filled in. Nothing gets lost between sales and production.
Does Elevia track time spent on a project?
Not yet: time tracking is coming soon to the Projects module, along with margin per project. Today you track the planned and spent budget of every project and compare it with the amount sold.
Which views are available to follow a project?
List, Kanban and timeline. Each task has its owner, deadline and subtasks, and you can group tasks by phase to see progress stage by stage.
How does the client follow project progress?
Through Elevia’s client portal. Each client has their own branded space where they see project progress, deliverables to approve and shared documents, without access to your internal tool.
Can you manage multiple projects at once with Elevia?
Yes, with no project limit. Each client has their space, each project its tasks and deadlines. Switch between projects without mixing everything up, and keep an overview of your business.
How is Elevia different from Notion for client project management?
Notion is built for notes and organizing pages. It is not linked to your proposals or your invoicing, and it offers no branded client portal. Elevia covers the whole client journey, from lead to invoice, in one tool.
Can you use project templates with Elevia?

Can the AI agents help me keep track of my projects?
Yes. Levi, your AI copilot, answers on any project: where it stands, what is left to do, what has been invoiced. He can hand work to the other agents, for example asking Margot to prepare a deposit invoice. A question uses 1 credit and an action 2 credits; managing projects yourself never uses credits.
